You must however always use eye protection and follow the recommended treatment course to prevent any dryness, redness or irritation. Typically, if experienced, these side effects are mild
There is limited research on the potential risks (if any) of using LED light therapy during pregnancy. It's always important to consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
