We’ve received a few inquiries regarding the handling of our shipments, and we want to take a moment to address this and provide you with an important update.
First and foremost, we want to reassure you that every product is fully brand new. We carefully check all orders to ensure they’re securely sealed before leaving our warehouse. However, we understand that sometimes unexpected issues may arise once the parcel leaves our hands and is in transit.
After receiving your feedback, we’ve made improvements to our shipping process, particularly with the sticker seals, to ensure that they remain secure throughout the journey to you. This update should help prevent any unsealing during shipping handling.
