Dear Doris,
You may feel that the mask is a bit heavy, if that is the case for you, here’s what you can do:
You may lay down to use the device, we suggest you place some cotton pads or tissue on the nose bridge and under the eye area to reduce the pressure of the rubber parts. We also recommend you use the mask lying down and without the neck strap.
Let us know if this works for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to let us know.

I love the mask but I was wondering how you stip the eye cups from making deep marks on the face. They eventually go away and I have adjusted the headband a number of times. Thank you so much. Doris
